Position : Community Relations Coordinator Location : Santa Rosa, CA Reports To : Business Development Manager Schedule : Full-Time (40 hrs / week) About the Role : As the Community Relations Coordinator for Help at Home Senior Care, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our connection with the community while ensuring clients and caregivers are well supported. You’ll blend outreach, client engagement, and caregiver training into one meaningful role that truly makes a difference. This is more than a marketing job—it's an opportunity to serve seniors, grow lasting partnerships in your local community, andempower caregivers. What You’ll Do : Community Outreach & Engagement Represent Help at Home Senior Care at local events, health fairs, and networking gatherings. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, senior living communities, and local organizations. Promote our services through thoughtful community presence and targeted outreach efforts. Client Services & Support Conduct in-home client assessments to understand care needs and preferences. Perform regular client visits to maintain relationships and adjust care plans as needed. Communicate client updates and feedback to the care coordination team. Caregiver Training & Onboarding Facilitate caregiver orientation sessions and hands-on training with the support of our Staffing Manager. Provide client-specific training to ensure caregivers are well prepared to deliver safe, compassionate care. What We’re Looking For : A natural connector—someone who thrives on building relationships and collaborating across teams. Experience incommunity outreach, caregiving, care coordination, or a related human services field. Strong organization skills and comfortable with managing multiple responsibilities.
