Pay Rate : $45$55 per hour (based on experience)

Description :

Birch Agency is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to cover a long-term leave from March through June 2026 near Des Plaines, Illinois . This position serves an elementary school caseload of approximately 4250 students .

Position Details :

Assignment : March June 2026

Caseload : Elementary level, 4250 students

Schedule : Full-time, school-based hours

Pay range : $45$55 per hour (based on experience)

Supportive school and agency team environment

Requirements :

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license

School-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
