Job Description

We are hiring  Maintenance Technicians  to work onsite at our property in the  Revere, MA  area.

AIR Communities   uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day. Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.

Where You Will Work

You will work at  The Chase at Overlook Ridge,  our large scale, luxury community in  Revere, MA,  just eight miles from downtown Boston.   The property features two modern phases including a 664-unit building and a 722-unit building.

• Expected hourly rate of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour . You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
