At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), we believe that empowering our people through data-driven insights strengthens our mission to end cancer for life. As a People Analytics Analyst, you'll leverage workforce data, visualization, and storytelling to inform strategic decisions and enhance MSK's employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Role Overview

Collect, consolidate , and analyze HR data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights.

Conduct detailed analyses on workforce trends, engagement, and retention to inform decision-making.

Build forecasting models and "what-if" analyses to support strategic HR initiatives.

Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful data-driven recommendations.

Lead documentation, validation, and quality assurance for dashboards and reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency using data insights.

Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all analytics activities.

Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement within HR.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required ; Master's preferred in a related analytical field.

Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in HR analytics or workforce insights.

Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.

Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards (Prism a plus ).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools.

Experience with Visier is preferred

Additional Information

Location : Hybrid, primarily remote with flexibility needed to come on site a few times a month at 633 Third Ave , NY, NY
