Job descriptionLead plumbing projects from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with GCs, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues. Oversee procurement and ensure code compliance. Support and guide foremen and field teams. 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and building codes. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.
