Managing Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm in Santa Monica that focuses on Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Employment Litigation. We are seeking a Senior Managing Attorney. We are not a high-volume firm, nor do we aim to operate in that capacity . We’re looking for a candidate who understands the full lifecycle of a case—from intake to resolution—and can help the firm grow steadily and efficiently, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. While we’re not a trial-heavy firm, we focus on achieving favorable settlements, and we value a strategic, patient approach. Candidates with an insurance defense background are welcome, provided they’re aligned with our philosophy of thorough preparation and resolution over litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee litigation strategy and case management from inception to resolution.
  • Mentor and supervise attorneys and legal staff.
  • Handle high-value and complex cases, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
  • Develop and implement firm-wide best practices to drive results.
  • Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 7+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, including trial experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and case management skills.
  • Passion for advocating for plaintiffs and achieving top results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Admitted to practice law in CA and good standing.

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

  • Salary Compensation : $240,000 - $260,000
  • Plus attorney fee structure
