Performance Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst to provide critical business insights and support operational efficiency through data analysis in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Provide stakeholders with business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis Translate business needs into actionable data modeling and communicate findings to stakeholders Support operational infrastructure with timely reporting and participate in business process improvement efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics within a health plan or medical group Strong interest in working with large and complex data sets for financial and operational analysis Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and / or SQL preferred Desire to learn healthcare industry concepts and grow within a high-performing analytics team
