We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of all machinery and equipment. This role oversees maintenance teams, drives operational excellence, and supports continuous improvement across the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop maintenance teams through training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support plant goals by contributing to strategic plans and driving improvements in productivity, safety, quality, and customer service.
• Evaluate system and equipment performance by partnering with operations to identify issues and requirements.
• Oversee and enhance preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of plant systems.
• Manage repairs, rebuilds, and replacements of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and other system components.
• Support broader organizational initiatives and assist in achieving plant performance goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
