A Dermatology Physician position offers a competitive annual salary starting at $475,000 with bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including vacation and a health plan. Additional incentives include a flexible schedule after year one, retention bonuses, and stipends for continuing medical education and supervision. The role is set in a picturesque California location, providing access to outdoor recreational activities and a family-friendly community.

Year One

$475,000 Annual Base Salary
$50,000 Arrival Bonus
Up to $15,000 qualifying Relocation Expenses
Comprehensive Benefit Package, to include :

o 3 Weeks Vacation

o 8 Paid Holidays

o 1 Week CME Leave with $2,250 Expenses

o Company Sponsored Health Plan for You and Family

o Vision, Dental and Long Term Disability

o $250,000 Life Insurance

Schedule of Monday through Friday, 8a - 5p

Year Two

$418,000 Annual Base Salary + WRVU Productivity Salary for WRVU over median for specialty

Flexible Schedule if meeting median WRVUs

$50,000 Retention Bonus End of Year 2

$50,000 Retention Bonus End of Year 3

4 Weeks out of office

Benefit Stipend Covers Family Health & Vision / Dental

8 Holidays

Other Employment Benefits Covered :

25% Net Collection for personal cosmetic production

Midlevel Supervision Stipend : 10% of midlevel WRVU's produced paid at $25 / RVU

California License & DEA

Automatic 3% Employer Contribution to 401K after 6 month

Cell Phone Stipend after year 2

Midlevel supervision stipend if applicable

On-going annual $2500 toward CME

Visa costs are covered if applicable.
