Job description

Summary

MyMichigan Health Park Bay has a for a full Family Medicine Physician to join an established team in Bay City. The state-of-the-art facility was designed with community and provider input to be a highly patent-focused healing environment.

Responsibilities

All aspects of family medicine : the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.

  • Call 1 : 10 with nurse triage line support

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
  • Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency

    Compensation

    Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include :
