Marketing Campaign Manager
Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

As a growth-stage company scaling across multiple divisions ( SmartLink, National, and Distribution ), we’re looking to add a high-performing, hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to our growing marketing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a strategic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement across our divisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
You'll work side-by-side with the VP of Marketing and a team of marketing managers to bring campaigns to life—from email workflows and landing pages to event promotions and customer nurture strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation , including email workflows, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies
- Build and optimize multi-touch campaigns to engage ICPs across the funnel
- Implement and refine lead scoring models to improve MQL quality and conversion
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation and CRM
Campaign Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration
Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and eventsCollaborate with internal specialists (content, creative, digital) to produce campaign assetsWork closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations to align campaign messaging and prioritiesPartner with the Events & Partnerships team to support campaign promotion and convert event attendance (in-person and virtual) into SQLs and opportunitiesAnalytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign performance across key KPIs : open rates, CTR, conversion, attribution, and ROIAnalyze data and translate insights into recommendations for future optimizationPresent performance reports and campaign briefs to senior leadership and key stakeholdersProject & Campaign Management
Own end-to-end campaign timelines , coordinating across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveryUse project management tools (e.g., Asana or Notion) to manage campaign assets, deadlines, and stakeholder inputsContinuously improve internal workflows to drive campaign efficiency and consistencyWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of marketing campaign management experience with clear ROI impact3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (or comparable marketing automation platforms)Strong understanding of CRM integration, lead management, and lifecycle marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to executivesStrong project management abilities , with experience coordinating across multiple teams and functionsProven ability to work within collaborative marketing team structuresBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience in green industry, construction, or B2B services is a plusSUCCESS METRICS
