Minimum one year of previous experience with resident, multi-family property management.
Knowledge of Multi-Family Operating Systems, multiple PC software such as Yardi, Micros Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with navigating the internet.
Strong organizational, communication (written / oral), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to change priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and follow through on assignments.
Deliver high-level customer service skills.
Acceptable references and background check.
Applicants must be able to work full-time, 40 hours, with the possibility of overtime.
Applicants must be able to commute to the property on a regular basis.

Maintain budgeted deadlines, review the A / R daily and submit monthly reports.
Ensure all rents and late fees / charges are collected, posted, and deposited daily.
Submit past resident balances to collect on outstanding rents.
Perform inspections, maintenance supervisor, and community manager responsibilities as required.
Work as a team with Community Manager and Leasing Specialist to ensure community is rented to budgeted occupancy and higher.
Welcome prospective residents, show units, and conduct tours.
Knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention trends.
Execute lease contracts and document transactions.
Open office on weekends, confirm accordance of model and mode of the office.
Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily basis.
Submit required reports to Community Manager on time.
Maintain positive customer service relationships.
Execute resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletters, etc.).
Execute donation programs (i.e., bad weather, etc.).
Physically inspect all property grounds, pick up litter, and report any needed repairs.
Community Engagement
Participate in weekly / daily face-to-face meetings.
Assist with community-specific issues.
Provide support to Community Manager and all other staff to create a harmonious environment.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Learn and ensure to understand all company, local, state, and federal laws.
Follow safety first policies.
Assist in executing all company policies and procedures.
General
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
