• Weekend coverage only : Friday 6am - Monday 6am with pager call
• 4 deliveries per weekend potential to increase to 70 - 90 deliveries monthly
• 17% C-section rate
• Coverage needed to support delivery volume expansion
• Long-term coverage opportunity with potential for permanent position
