Senior Enrollment Counselor

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Counselor responsible for enrolling students and supporting their retention in degree programs and certifications. Key Responsibilities Effectively implement enrollment and outreach strategies to assist prospective students throughout the admissions process Initiate timely contact with new prospective students within 24 hours of their inquiry Deliver accurate information about degree programs and certifications to prospective students and their influencers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience as an Enrollment Counselor II or three years in adult higher education enrollment Prior experience in student enrollment, admissions, advising, or related fields Strong knowledge of assigned degree programs and understanding of relevant target audiences Commitment to providing outstanding service to students and stakeholders
