The Sr Director, Quality & Sustainability will lead the company's Global Quality and Corporate Governance and Sustainability (CGS) functions to ensure operational excellence, product reliability, and long-term environmental and social responsibility. This leader will develop and execute strategies that drive world-class quality performance across manufacturing and supply chain operations, and define and implement the CGS strategy, goals, and initiatives. This position reports to the SVP, Global Operations.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $199,000 - $313,500 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Responsibilities Responsibilities & Competencies
Sustainability / CGS Leadership
Define and execute the strategy to achieve the company's CGS goals, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Lead company initiatives relating to carbon reduction, resource efficiency, water stewardship, waste minimization, and social impact
Lead compliance and certification initiatives relating to ISO 14001, EcoVadis, CDP, RBA and customer-specific sustainability audits
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for CGS reporting, data collection, and submission to rating agencies and customers
Act as the company's CGS ambassador, engaging with employees, customers, suppliers, and rating agencies on sustainability progress and performance
Quality Leadership
Lead and oversee all aspects of Product Quality, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Failure Analysis across global sites
Establish and maintain a world-class quality management system (QMS) that meets or exceeds industry standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product yield, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Oversee supplier quality programs, including qualification, audits, and corrective action systems, ensuring supplier compliance with quality and sustainability standards
Manage cross-functional teams to address and prevent recurring quality issues
Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure new product introductions (NPIs) meet all quality and reliability requirements

Establishes clear expectations, sets objectives, and brings multiple parties together to drive key initiatives
Qualifications (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum of 15+ years' experience in Quality management or Operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior management role
Proven ability to translate complex quality and sustainability challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact
Experience in semiconductor failure analysis and quality systems, process development and manufacturing; including ramping new technologies and products to volume production
Familiarity with all aspects of a fabless semiconductor business
Familiarity with ASIC design process, design for manufacturing, and design for test
Experience developing and executing CGS strategies and familiarity with reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, or CDP
Experience leading EcoVadis assessments or equivalent sustainability ratings
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively
Global experience preferred; ability to work across cultures and time zones
Travel up to 10%
