The right person for this role will be responsible for nurturing existing clients and developing new client relationships.

What You'll Do :

• The Account Executive will have strong sales and customer service skills, acumen for business development, proven success with cold calling / outbound sales and a strong emphasis on solution base selling.
• This role will work primarily with small to medium size businesses in Dayton, OH and the surrounding region and will report directly to the National, Retail, and Recruitment Sales Manager.
• This role will primarily work remotely, but will be required to report to the Dayton, OH office periodically and will travel in the surrounding area (~15% or more) to attend client meetings.

Who You Are :

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience; or 6 years of experience in a related field with no bachelor's degree. Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications : Prior media sales experience a plus. Strong digital aptitude. Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written). Outstanding customer service skills.
