Saturday & Sunday schedule - 12-hour shift; 7AM-7PM! Every oth er weekend! $7,500 Sign On Bonus!

Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center has an Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor opening! The candidate needs to be either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing. The right candidate will supervise our nursing staff on our short term and long term care units. Located in Gloucester, we are a short and easy commute away from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex and Danvers! We are focused on one goal : providing an exceptional experience for our residents and staff. Shift Differentials

Requirements for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor :

Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care

Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills

Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor :

Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges

Supervise nurses and CNAs

Manage staffing changes

Support family inquiries and screen visitors

Coordinate patient / resident referrals with central admissions

Ensure high quality resident / patient care

Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
