We're currently hiring a full-time Chief Engineer - Site Supervisor to lead operations at a large-scale office and data center facility in Memphis, TN. This position follows a full-time schedule from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday , with additional hours as required to manage building operations and ensure contract responsibilities are met.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As the Chief Engineer - Site Supervisor, you will be on-site directing the essential operations of over 900,000 square feet of office and data center space. You will determine the appropriate trade methods, materials, and equipment to assign tasks using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You'll coordinate and schedule daily maintenance and repair work, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Diagnostic work on building systems-ranging from chiller and boiler plants to high voltage switchgear and fire alarms-will be a regular part of your routine. Conducting quality control inspections of work performed by subordinates and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and performance will be a key day-to-day responsibility. In addition to managing schedules and staff, you will train or arrange training for the maintenance team. When the Project Manager is off-site, step in to make operational decisions and ensure contract compliance without interruption.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A CHIEF ENGINEER - SITE SUPERVISOR?

OSHA 30 certification is preferred. An existing HSPD-12 determination for work is also highly desirable.
