Requirements :

Board Certified Neurological Surgery

Active CO license - Required for January dates

Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission) - June dates only

Candidate must be available for the Jan stint to be considered for ongoing dates.

Must state # of shifts per month to offer ongoing

Completion of Neurosurgical residency

Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
