The Position of Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Chef / Kitchen Manager who can lead with precision, manage a diverse team, and jump on the line when needed. The ideal candidate speaks Spanish fluently, has a strong culinary background, and brings both structure and warmth to the kitchen culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including scheduling and prep oversight
Train and motivate kitchen staff; serve as point of communication across shifts
Execute menu items to Crustacean standards, stepping in on the line as needed; expo
Enforce cleanliness, safety, and operational protocols
Conduct inventory checks, order ingredients, and reduce food waste
Requirements : Fluent in Spanish
Culinary background with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Ability to work evenings / weekends and step in during service
Strong people management and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and committed to excellence
