LPL Compliance And Risk Management

This person will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects related to regulatory matters and firm wide business initiatives including large conversions and M&A support.
Roles and responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, managing client expectations (internal and external), managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs, reporting and escalating to management as needed, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, overseeing and managing risks that may impact projects, using and continually developing leadership skills, performing other related duties as assigned, and scheduling meetings, documenting takeaways and key decisions.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience, 3+ years managing projects and working on firm-wide initiatives, preferably within financial services and / or acquisitions, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders across business units.

Pay range is $103,425-$172,375 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
