Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee communication and operations related to loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain pipelines, run exceptions reporting, and oversee client rebuttals as needed

Manage communication with internal and external partners to settle whole loan trade settlements and securitizations

Coordinate with internal groups to onboard new sellers and buyers while managing relationships with vendors and rating agencies

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a relevant Transaction Management role, preferably within a Due Diligence environment

Deep understanding of due diligence scope of work for various kinds of mortgage loans

Working knowledge of residential mortgage secondary market transactions

Experience consulting with clients and executing business objectives in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to grow or expand service offerings within existing client relationships
