You Will :
- Responsible for the administration of physician schedules through the Qgenda system, including ensuring coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences. Work closely with the SVP of Physician Relations and operations management to ensure that there is adequate physician coverage to meet site / modality volume demands.
- Assist with the coordination of physician onboarding including IT and RIS access set up.
- Ensures site notification and transfer of credentialing and required on site information regarding new or transferred physicians.
- Monitors physician contracts to ensure compliance with time off, expenses and year to year contract renewal and notifies SVP or executive leadership of concerns, discrepancies or important dates.
- Coordinates locums coverage for facilities, ensuring covering physician is appropriately skilled and credentialed for site needs
- Administers resident program for Contrast Coverage only location.
- Ensures credentialing is initiated by assisting Credentialing Manager in obtaining appropriate documentation and information from physicians. Follows up to ensure appropriate documentation is provided to credentialing staff and site management.
- Maintain an accurate and updated list of malpractice for physicians and forwards evidence of coverage to requestors and communicates timely information regarding terminating physicians for placement on “departed” list.
- Responsible for preparing physician productivity reports.
- Responsible for maintaining monthly RVU credit requests and records
- Relays information regarding concerns relative to physicians beyond authority, which could impact the quality of care of service that we provide or disrupt site operations to operations leadership and executive management, including HR, legal and compliance.
- Assists operations and executive leadership as needed with special assignments and special projects related to physician relations / services.
- Demonstrates initiative and creativity in promoting positive physician relations, responding to questions and needs of physicians on a timely basis.
- Assists operations management as needed in long-range planning, communications, and other tasks. Remains informed of RadNet policies and general environmental conditions to provide input and propose solutions.
- Assists physicians with expense reimbursement.
- Maintains absolute and strict confidentiality with all material and physician information

Bachelor's degree preferred, or similar experienceMust have and use excellent time management and organizational and skills in order to coordinate various simultaneous high-level responsibilitiesExhibits a strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through while multi-tasking.Must have strong written and verbal communications skills;Experience in evaluating and ensuring physician capabilities meet facility / modality needs and exhibits the ability to assess areas where adjustments can be made and / or makes executive leadership aware of concerns relative to physician productivity and capability.Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, vendors, peers, staff and management.Understands how external forces in the healthcare industry affect physician relationsAble to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve department and organizational objectives.Ability to share information effectively, appropriately and in a timely as well as to provide appropriate direction to team members.Ability to maintain proactive relationship with current and prospective physicians.Demonstrates leadership skills in interactions with senior management.Maintains a “team” mentality within clinical operations and as a member of the physician management team.Ability to be flexible with work schedule (hours of operation and special circumstances can vary significantly).We Offer :
