Senior Design Manager – Brand Experience, European Brands

2 / 3 Days per week in the Hackensack, NJ office- Shuttle offered from NYC

Compensation range- 160-175K plus bonus

Role Overview

The Senior Design Manager – Brand Experience will be responsible for shaping, elevating, and protecting the visual identity and consumer experience of Flora Food Group's European brands.(Flora, Becel, BlueBand and Elmlea) This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that design consistently communicates our brand purpose, drives consumer engagement, and delivers excellence across every touchpoint. You will act as both a creative leader and a maker—guiding others while remaining closely involved in artwork development, packaging, and final production.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling

• Define and evolve the visual identity of multiple brands, ensuring coherence, distinctiveness, and impact across all channels.
• Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives that resonate with both global and local audiences.
• Develop brand guidelines, toolkits, and systems to safeguard consistency and enable seamless execution by internal teams and external partners.
