Key Responsibilities

Develop case strategies, draft legal documents, and represent the company in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Advise on legal risks related to policy interpretations and claims settlements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Collaborate with the claims department and provide strategic recommendations during legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents

Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
