Senior Auditor, Mortgage, Consumer Banking & Commercial Audit
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Senior Auditor at our Tysons, Virginia location. The Senior Auditor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned internal audits. This position works closely with senior management to identify and evaluate key business risks and recommend actions to mitigate risks while improving and maturing processes. The Senior Auditor acts as a subject matter expert, builds relationships with business department leaders, and collaborates with Internal Audit staff. This position may lead a team on less complex audits, complete audits independently or work within a team of Auditors on more complex audits.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not supervise employees.
Licenses and Certifications
Related professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CFA, FRM etc.) is preferred.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Travel
The ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
