Job Title : Senior Business Analyst (Government, Requirements Elicitation & System Modeling)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Qualifications :

• Proficient in applying core Business Analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices while tailoring processes to organizational standards and project needs.
• Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and maintaining detailed business rules and requirements through collaboration with diverse project stakeholders.
• Experienced in validating requirements and ensuring alignment of delivered solutions through structured analysis and testing activities.
• Capable of reviewing, updating, and developing system models such as use cases, workflow diagrams, state diagrams, and strategy maps to support functional understanding and solution design.
• Strong facilitation experience leading requirements sessions with 30+ participants, including tracking, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Background supporting IT initiatives within governmental agencies, adhering to public sector compliance and procedural standards.
