Senior Accountant - OH

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and account balances

Prepare and maintain financial statements and lead the month-end close process

Perform account reconciliations and assist with external audits

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

Proficiency in accounting software, preferably MS Great Plains or MS Dynamics 365

Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus
