Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established Gastroenterology group in the Washington, DC / Baltimore Metro area in recruiting additional Gastroenterologists. This group has been thriving for over 20 years, remains fully independent (non-private equity), and is expanding due to strong patient demand.

Practice Details :

• Join a highly collaborative group with 14 Gastroenterologists and 10 APPs
• No call ? strong focus on work-life balance
• Hospital coverage only first year : 2 days / month (scoping only, no consults or inpatient visits); 2nd year drops to 1 day / month
• Compensation model :

500-600K Guaranteed 1st year income

Experienced physicians eligible within 3 months; Fellows within 1 year
