As the Head of Investor Relations (US), you will be responsible for enhancing and institutionalising the company’s shareholder base by identifying and engaging with institutional long-only biased investors as well as winning new long-term cornerstone investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales personality, experience in the tech and / or media sector , and a background in fast-growth companies, Investor Relations, Equity Sales, and Investment Banking. This role requires close coordination with the European Investor Relations team to align global investor outreach and engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Sales, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets, preferably in the tech and / or media sector.
• Proven track record of structuring and institutionalising shareholder bases and securing cornerstone investors.
• Strong relationships with brokers, analysts, and institutional investors in the US.
• Experience working with fast-growth companies and an ability to navigate dynamic business environments.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling equity narratives.
• A strong sales-driven personality, able to build and maintain long-term investor relationships.
