JOB LOCATION - Springfield, TN

We are looking for a Box Truck Rider to join Crosslin Trucking in Springfield, TN. We are a family-owned company that has valued our employees since 1933. This is a full-time position, available to receive benefits after 60 days of successful employment. This position is responsible for assisting the Box Truck Driver in loading and unloading delivery items from the warehouse to customers, and cleaning and maintaining equipment. Box Truck Riders must be able to work independently or in a team and possess time management skills.

Responsibilities :

• Organizing and securing the loads; ensuring each load is properly strapped for transportation.
• Document deliveries or log other shipment information
• Assist in loading and unloading and storing of material as instructed
• Ensure delivery trucks are clean and in good working condition; perform daily required maintenance checks and report any malfunctions to Supervisor.
• Any other duties as assigned

Attendance :

Good attendance is required. Normal Monday – Friday schedules with available overtime. Limited weekend hours may be required from time to time.

Salary will be based on experience. Total Compensation includes accumulated Vacation days, Sick days, paid holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401(k), company paid Life Insurance, company paid Long Term Disability, HSA, optional supplemental insurance.
