Job descriptionPost-operative craniotomies Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Stroke care as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program Delivering and coordinating evidence-based patient care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Applying clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes Enhancing patient experiences across the care continuum Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection. Engage in continuous learning and teamwork. Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans. Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond promptly. Implement risk reduction strategies to enhance patient safety. Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach. Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives. Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited Nursing program. 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Neurosurgery Department , you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with diverse and complex neurological conditions. Located at Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 , we are looking for compassionate and skilled RNs to join us on the night shift.
What We Offer :
- Competitive pay : $37.50 - $56.25
- Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift
