This position provides financial support and analysis for 3 multi-site US operations and global consolidation with our Thailand facility. Acting as a financial partner to the operations team, using financial data and analysis to drive informed business decisions and contribute to the overall success of the facilities. This role is responsible for a wide range of financial activities, ensuring accuracy and insights to improve profitability and efficiency ensuring financial compliance across all operations.

  • Financial analysis & planning (FP&A), decision support, budgeting & forecasting, management reporting, month end support, external audit liaison, external reporting schedules & footnote disclosures.
  • Weekly Sales & Operations Forecasting.
  • Support month-end closing : estimates & ad hoc entries, account reconciliations, analysis & mgmt. reporting.
  • Audit : Will be the main liaison between Auditors and Finance Team. Will organize finance team and drive completion of PBC listing to external auditors within required deadlines. Additionally, will support the creation of the Year End External Audit Report draft.
  • Will create and implement automated self-service financial tools.

Competencies :

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter and problem solver; can drive ideas to action and through to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally across the organization to drive company goals.
  • ERP Systems experience in mfg. environment.
  • Have strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel users who can work with large data sets.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2-5 years of Finance / accounting experience with progressing responsibility, with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (ideally Aerospace plant level experience).
  • Strong analytical skillset and questioning mind.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and Cost Accounting.
  • Understands and can analyze the financial statements flow from P&L to Cash Flow statement.
  • Preferred Experience & Credentials

  • MBA / CMA / CPA designation.
  • Power BI / SQL Experience.
  • Experience in MRO business.
