A company is looking for an IT Dispatcher to manage and prioritize incoming support requests. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming IT support requests through various channels Assess, categorize, and assign incoming tickets to appropriate IT technicians based on priority and availability Track ticket progress, provide updates to clients, and maintain accurate records of support requests Key Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in IT or a related field preferred Previous experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or dispatcher role is a plus Basic understanding of IT terminology and familiarity with computer systems, networks, and software Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA) is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
