Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of senior professionals, including calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination
- Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence
- Assist with departmental logistics such as ordering supplies, event planning, lunch coordination, and supporting internal team meetings
- Maintain records of important documents, licenses, and credentials, and manage renewal deadlines
- Conduct market and demographic research using online tools, mapping software, and internal databases
- Support client-facing materials such as proposals, visual documents, and committee packets
- Coordinate logistics for off-site meetings and site visits, including assembling informational packets and interfacing with external vendors
- Assist with internal and external communications, including follow-ups and confirmations
- Track and process expense reports, commission invoices, and department budgets
- Provide occasional back-up to front desk reception as needed
Required Skills & Experience :
5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support rolesExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with document editing tools and mapping or demographic software a plus (Photoshop, Publisher, Snagit, or Google Earth experience preferred)Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience supporting teams in real estate, commercial development, or professional services industries is a plusAdditional Details :
