Registered Nurse,

Job Summary :

This Registered Nurse position requires 2-5 years of experience in Medical-Surgical / Telemetry nursing within a Level I Trauma facility (Level II experience may be considered). The role involves providing skilled nursing care on a night shift (7 PM - 7 AM), working 36 hours per week, including every other weekend. Previous travel nursing experience and proficiency with EPIC electronic health records are mandatory. Floating to other units as needed is expected.

Responsibilities :

• Providing skilled nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Performing patient assessments and documenting findings.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Floating to other units as needed.
• Utilizing EPIC electronic health records.
• Passing a Telemetry competency test on the first day of employment.
