We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to organize and lead a crew of 4-6 individuals on various commercial projects, including parks, new build hotels, and commercial remodels. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the crew completes their punch lists efficiently using an iPad and maintaining open communication with clients and owners on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a crew of 4-6 individuals on commercial projects.
• Coordinate with clients and owners to discuss project updates on-site.
• Ensure the crew completes their punch lists efficiently using an iPad.
• Oversee the execution of construction tasks such as hanging drywall.
• Utilize basic hand tools and ensure proper handling and lifting of materials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
