Implementation Specialist

Location : Brecksville, OH 44141 (2 days hybrid after 90 day evaluation and manager discretion)

Pay : $52-58K + Bonus Incentives, Benefits, 401K, Fitness Reimbursement, PTO and other company holidays (Compensation can vary depending on experience)

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you will configure new client data in our payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating closely with the sales, training, and operations teams. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality and precise implementations within the required timelines, and offering support to all team members and projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement new client products and services within the platform.
• Utilize conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
• Accurately enter and verify all data.
• Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
• Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.
• Record system issues in tracking systems.
• Suggest improvements for internal processes.
