The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. A minimum of two (2) years of experience is required. An RN license from New York is mandatory. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required. Telemetry experience is essential. Completion of 17 weeks of orientation is necessary.
