Position Overview :

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse contracted through Alto Health Care Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and more. Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Current and valid RN license in the state(s) of practice or Compact license.

Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred based on assignment requirements.

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
