QA Analyst

A company is looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality and functionality of SaaS products through rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor system and software to ensure functionality and assist in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases

Collaborate with the development team to develop test plans and provide feedback on functional specifications

Interface with customers regarding technical issues and document bugs and user pain points

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing role

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

Basic understanding of bug tracking and test management tools

Knowledge of testing tools such as Jira and Confluence

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
