What will you be doing?

• Assure integrity of wholesale financial activities : Ensure accuracy of all the general ledger functions including work related to inventory balances, changes, PPV and pattern detail
• Closing of financial books and develop reports : Provide analysis at the end of each fiscal period related to the general ledger- freight, samples, service fees, warehouse expenses, and royalty expense
• Record assets, liabilities, and expenses : Keep accurate records in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX requirements
• Review and tests general ledger accounts : Assure proper analysis and documentation is provided in support of the balances (i.e. licensing, royalties, other accrued liabilities, etc.); alerts financial management of trends, concerns and conclusions reached and implements recommendations
• Research and introduce process improvement : Focus on streamlining and automating financial processes and reporting, especially as it relates to BPC, BI, and SAP interaction
