Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Member to join our kitchen staff. The BOH team member plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality meals and service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Food Preparation : Assist with prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and supporting line cooks during service.
  • Cooking Support : Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following recipes and portion standards.
  • Cleaning & Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and follow all food safety regulations.
  • Stock & Inventory : Receive, store, and rotate inventory; keep prep stations stocked and organized.
  • Teamwork : Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
  • Compliance : Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards according to local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Prior kitchen or BOH experience is preferred but not required were willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
