This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Strategy & Counsel : Advise the CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors on matters related to corporate governance, contracts, litigation, and regulatory issues. Shape the organization's legal strategy to support business growth and risk mitigation.
Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of complex agreements, including those with vendors, clients, employees, and partners, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
Regulatory Compliance : Monitor and interpret emerging regulatory trends, advising leadership on their implications and ensuring the company's ongoing compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Outside Counsel Oversight : Manage relationships with external legal partners, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality legal services.
Risk Management : Lead enterprise risk management initiatives, identifying and addressing potential legal and regulatory risks to the organization.
Ethics & Integrity : Foster a culture of ethical conduct throughout the company, supporting compliance and ethics programs that meet federal, state, and industry standards.
Department Leadership : Collaborate with the CEO to develop legal department strategy, cultivate talent, and promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
12+ years of progressively responsible legal experience, including leadership roles in corporate, regulatory, or compliance-focused settings.
Extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management.
Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior executives and boards.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to ethics and organizational integrity.
