Job description

Location : Uniondale, NY

Could be weekend hours or regular hours M-F. Or weekend work. Or both

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and configure Windows 11 workstations to replace existing Windows 10 PCs
  • Migrate user profiles, data, and applications
  • Ensure compatibility with existing hardware and software
  • Provide troubleshooting and support during rollout
  • Document setup procedures and configurations

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven experience with Windows OS deployment (Windows 10 / 11)
  • Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, Autopilot)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
