Titles : Crimp Technician

Location : 1562 Reynolds Ave, Irvine, CA 92614

Shift : 3rd Shift (10pm–6 : 30am) Monday to Friday

Job Summary :

Hiring a Crimp Technician to support small-part assembly and automated machine operation in a clean medical device environment. Hands-on role with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and perform minor repairs on crimping equipment
Maintain material feeds, clear faults, and follow GMP / SOP guidelines
Use HMIs and measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Support process development and equipment validation
Work independently and in small teams

Requirements

HS Diploma or Associate Degree

2–4 yrs manufacturing or machine operation experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand / walk most of shift and lift 5–20 lbs

Experience with assembly, automation, or robotics preferred
