Desktop Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Desktop Engineering to lead their End-User Computing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of desktop engineers, managing workload and performance

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for end-user computing, including architecture and standardization of desktop solutions

Oversee lifecycle management of corporate endpoints, ensuring security and compliance while managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT with a focus on desktop engineering or systems administration

3+ years of leadership or management experience in building technical teams

Extensive experience with multi-platform environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux

Expert knowledge of endpoint management platforms and automated OS deployment technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
