We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning & GenAI Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing and deploying scalable ML and GenAI solutions across large, complex, and unstructured datasets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python-based data engineering, LLM optimization, GenAI workflows, and cloud-based MLOps, with a passion for innovation in AI-driven systems.

Job Description

The Senior Machine Learning & GenAI Engineer will research, architect, and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI models to support enterprise-level initiatives. As a Senior Machine Learning & GenAI Engineer , you will work with fragmented and large-scale datasets, optimize AI models, and collaborate with engineering teams to productionize high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research, design, and implement ML and GenAI solutions for large-scale, fragmented, and unstructured datasets.

Develop and maintain robust Python-based pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.

Apply advanced AI techniques, including RAG, LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and embedding refinement.

Work across large databases and data warehouses, integrating diverse data sources and resolving ambiguity.

Deploy ML / GenAI models on Azure using best-practice MLOps frameworks ensuring scalability, governance, and monitoring.

Conduct A / B testing and experimentation to validate model hypotheses and optimize performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to productionize models, automate workflows, and ensure long-term stability.

Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven insights, iterative tuning, and performance enhancement strategies.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in ML, GenAI, NLP, and large-scale data processing.

Expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and data workflow orchestration.

Experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and generative AI optimization.

Knowledge of cloud-based deployment, preferably Azure with MLOps practices.

Experience handling unstructured datasets and complex multi-source data environments.

Solid understanding of experimentation, A / B testing, and model evaluation.

Strong collaboration skills for production deployment and cross-team integration.
