As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, address any concerns quickly, and engage with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution and logistics location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence and provide support to employees, visitors, and / or contractors at the location as required.

Follow all instructions from Allied Universal and site supervisors regarding security-related duties and protocols.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
