Market Surveillance Analyst

A company is looking for a Market Surveillance Analyst to join its Market Regulation team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor trading activity to detect suspicious patterns and escalate concerns

Conduct post-trade reviews and investigations of potential rule violations

Ensure adherence to regulations and assist in preparing responses to regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, or Juris Doctorate

3+ years of experience in Compliance within financial services or equivalent

Familiarity with futures markets and trading

Experience with Trade Surveillance Platforms is a plus

Knowledge of futures exchange operations and regulations
